As a Mill Clean Up Laborer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe mill environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure production areas remain clear and running efficiently — keeping operations flowing smoothly through your hard work and reliability.

What You'll Do:

As a Mill Clean up Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Sweeping and maintaining clean production areas
• Shoveling sawdust and debris as needed
• Using compressed air to blow down machinery and work zones
• Moving and organizing pieces of lumber
• Supporting mill operations to ensure a safe and efficient workspace

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Physical endurance for bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting throughout the shift
• Understanding that this is a very physically demanding position
