Job Title:  Roof Loader Construction — Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $24 OVERTIME $36 hr! Hours: 6:30 am - until day is done - Typical 6:30 to 3:00 with OT during busy season (should be able to work until 6pm when needed by client during busy summer season) Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

As a Roof Loader Construction, you will be responsible for:

• Work as a team to load and strap down the truck
• Work as a team to set up job site
• Setting ladders following OSHA standards
• Clearing snow from roofs as needed to allow for delivery
• Unload pallets of roofing materials and place on boards
• Setting boards properly for secure placement of materials
• Using fall protection per company standard 
• Roof Loaders also clean up the yard and warehouse, help shovel the walkways at the shop and are team players! 
• Must be available to work overtime!

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Safety priority 
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
• Must be good with Heights and all roof pitches
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be comfortable on ladders
• Familiar with construction sites
