Job Title: Painter – Urgently Hiring!

We are seeking a Painter for a temporary project (1 week) with our client, a family owned contractor located in Salem Oregon. The Painter will be responsible for masking, prepping, and painting surfaces using both brush and spray methods. Success in this role means producing high-quality finishes while working safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on role located in Salem Oregon.

As a Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Masking, prepping, and cleaning surfaces prior to painting
• Applying paint and stain using both brush and spray techniques
• Ensuring consistent and high-quality finishes on all painted surfaces
• Following all safety guidelines and using proper PPE
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assisting with setup and teardown for painting projects
• Performing other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proficiency in painting with a sprayer
• Experience with masking, prepping, and brush painting
• Knowledge of paint mixing, thinning, and application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
