Duties and Responsibilities for Entry Level Mill Associate
  • Babysitting - watching for boards that have crossed over each other
  • Uncross boards
  • Sticks - moving the sticks from the baskets to location needed 
  • Edger picking - finding the broken pieces of wood and pulling them from the good pieces.
