This role is ideal for individuals with experience in reception, administrative support or customer service.. As an office assistant you will:Answer and direct phone calls or take messages.
Scan, file, and organize documents.
Collect paperwork for equipment rentals during pick-up and return.
Assist with online forms for state and federal construction projects.
Organize maps and call in utility locates before digging.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scanning).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
