The Maintenance Technician will play an essential role in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, technical skill, and a proactive mindset to keep buildings in great condition. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a variety of building and grounds maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Hauling large items to and from job sites using a company vehicle (including truck and trailer)

• Installing, replacing, and repairing appliances and fixtures

• Repairing floors, drywall, roofing, sinks, and locks

• Coordinating with the Property Manager on projects requiring outside services

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Valid driver's license and ability to tow a trailer

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
