Job Title: Inventory Associate I Urgently Hiring
Pay: $18/Hr (long term temp project that could go perm)
Hours: Work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
Start Date: ASAP
Selectemp Employment is seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate who will learn and performs basic inventory tasks under close supervision while exercising minimal discretion. The ideal candidate demonstrates ability to learn and master new inventory tasks.
As a an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and stocking inventory in a neat and organized manner ensuring all parts are clearly identified in bins, boxes or otherwise. Routes items to appropriate departments and/or inventory stocking areas. May use a dolly, pallet jack or forklift to move heavy parts and materials.
Pulls parts from stock for kits and routes to the manufacturing floor.
Performs cycle counts noting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Reports findings to the manager and makes improvements to processes and controls.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and performs data entry as appropriate or requested.
Interacting closely with Receiving and other department Leads/ Supervisors

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Lifting 1-20 lbs 67-100% of the time
Lifting 21-50 lbs 34-66% of the time
Lifting 51-75 lbs 6-33% of the time
Lifting 76-100 lbs 1-5% of the time
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year inventory experience
