As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying and nurturing valuable influencer partnerships in health, wellness, fitness, supplements, and related markets. You'll proactively reach out via email, phone, and social media to introduce partnership opportunities, clearly communicate shared value, and foster long-term relationships. Your efforts will support our company’s growth by sourcing new partners, monitoring market trends, and optimizing engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and prioritize potential creators with strong audience engagement in health, wellness, fitness, supplements, longevity, and other credibility-driven markets.
  • Initiate outreach through email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce partnership opportunities and communicate value propositions.
  • Research and source potential partners using influencer marketing platforms such as Modash to identify high-potential influencers.
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships to ensure sustained growth and performance.
  • Stay informed about emerging market trends and digital marketing shifts to continually refine recruitment tactics.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, report recruitment results, and collaborate with leadership to optimize strategic outreach efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales and marketing, ideally with familiarity in influencer outreach and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing digital environments and market trends.
