What You’ll Do:

As a Metal Fabrication Detailer, you will be responsible for:

• Sanding and grinding rust from metal components to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for fabrication.
• Safely operating hand and power tools, maintaining safety and efficiency at all times.
• Inspecting finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Supporting production teams through clear communication and collaborative efforts.
• Coordinating with multiple departments, supervisors, and leads to meet daily production targets.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Completing safety trainings and certifications as required annually.
• Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and safe to promote operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven ability to read and measure using a tape measure accurately.
• Prior experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
