Job Title: Industrial Warehouse Worker

Pay: $17.00/hr Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll be hands-on with daily operations that keep our supply chain moving smoothly. You'll work closely with management and your team to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality in all tasks, making a tangible impact in supporting countless construction projects across the region.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading trucks efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups
• Performing general warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping, and organizing storage areas
• Conducting daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Pulling and preparing orders for shipment
• Operating rebar cutter and bending machines (a key part of this role)
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Warehouse or construction experience preferred, but motivation and a proactive attitude are most important
• Ability to ask questions and seek next steps when tasks are completed
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurements
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
• A hardworking, active mentality and love for staying busy
