Pay: $16.00/hour Hours: 6am start time, 10-hour shifts SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: (The more flexible you are, the better!) Monday-Thursday 6am start working 10 hours Tuesday-Friday 6am start working 10 hours Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri (WED/THURS OFF)  6am start working 10 hours

What You'll Do

As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging pies, cheesecakes, and cobblers into specialty packaging to meet quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe work environment.
• Assisting with other production duties as needed during busy seasons.
• Following safety protocols and company policies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supporting team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English or Spanish comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and product quality.
• Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is a plus but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move light to medium loads consistently.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site at 1651 Eska Way, Silverton, OR. We offer various shifts, including Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday schedules, each starting at 6am with 10-hour shifts. There may be additional weekend work during peak seasons.
