What You'll Do

As a Dry Mix Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring ingredients precisely to maintain quality standards, ensuring consistency in every batch.
• Operating and monitoring mixing machines to keep production running efficiently.
• Transporting ingredients to the mixers carefully and safely using proper procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with ingredients inventory and participating in the setup and shutdown of equipment.
• Supporting the team during busy seasons with overtime and participation in weekend shifts as needed.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Silverton, Oregon, at 1651 Eska Way. Work hours are 6am to 4pm, with shifts available Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. Overtime and weekend work are common during busy seasons, offering flexibility and extra earning potential.
