What You'll Do

As a Mixer Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring ingredients with critical attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
• Mixing dough efficiently to keep production running smoothly
• Assisting with the transportation of dough to the production line using proper procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse at all times
• Supporting the team during busy seasons and working overtime when needed, including weekends if required

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in production assembly or food manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs (team lift available) and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work weekends and overtime during busy periods
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team oriented environment

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Silverton, Oregon, at 1651 Eska Way. Shifts are offered Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, starting at 6am, with 10-hour workdays. Overtime and weekend work are available based on production needs.
