Pay: $24 - $26 per hourHours: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm (occasional longer hours during peak season)Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth loading, receiving, and storage of materials. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to maintain productivity and safety standards, helping deliver excellent service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

As an Experienced Load Builder and Yard Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and loading orders for will-call and deliveries, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining organized storage of construction materials such as drywall, insulation, and tools. You will operate forklifts efficiently to stock materials, manage the yard, and ensure a safe and clean work environment. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols, and providing outstanding customer service. Keeping the yard tidy and organized is essential to supporting seamless operations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of forklift experience with active forklift certification. You must be capable of lifting 75+ pounds consistently, follow instructions accurately, and work well within a team. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. A background in material handling and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures will set you apart.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Bend, Oregon, working Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for overtime during busy seasons.
