Job Title: Powder Coater

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed) Start Date: ASAP

As a Powder Coater, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring high standards of quality in our production process. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for:

• Racking and unracking metal products to prepare for powder coating.
• Loading metal parts onto conveyors efficiently in the powder coating department.
• Inspecting parts for quality, corrosion, rust, and any other defects.
• Completing daily production records to maintain accurate documentation.
• Packaging materials for shipment, ensuring everything is ready for delivery.
• Providing quality control and assurance documentation to uphold our standards.
• Conducting count verifications to guarantee accurate inventory.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong observational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Self-direction and motivation to contribute positively to the team.
• Good basic math skills to assist with production counts.
