Pay: $21.00/hr Schedule: Thursday-Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will:

• Hand stack lumber (1x6, 1x8, and short 6x6 with assistance) to ensure efficient production.
• Assist the stacker operator in maintaining a smooth production flow to meet daily targets.
• Place “sticks” between lumber to properly separate and ensure product quality.
• Stand for long periods while performing your duties to support the production process.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented mill environment to achieve collective goals.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Winston, OR, and offers a consistent Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM day shift schedule. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
