Job Title: Wood Production Worker

Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Weekly Attendance Bonus = $18.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Wood Production Worker, you’ll play a vital role in processing cedar wood products while ensuring a safe and organized environment that contributes to the efficient workflow of our manufacturing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the production team to achieve results that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Wood Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Constructing planters, raised beds, fence panels, and other garden accessories.
• Operating pneumatic guns, various sized saws, and banders.
• Grading and stacking wood on the outfeed of saws.
• Packaging and labeling units of product for shipment.
• Working outdoors in covered stations, adapting to weather conditions.
• Performing general labor and heavy lifting as required, especially during our busy season from January to June.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers Monday to Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
