Job Title: Wood Furniture Production & Finishing – Urgently Hiring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Wood Furniture Production & Finishing for a respected solid-wood furniture manufacturer known for its craftsmanship and commitment to quality. This full?time day shift role will be based in Albany and involves both production and finishing responsibilities. To be a strong candidate, you should have prior woodworking or manufacturing experience and must have experience applying clear coat lacquer finishes using spray equipment. Experience with industrial, automotive or residential painting using sprayers is considered transferable.

In this role you will:

• Produce furniture parts and components

• Apply clear coat lacquer finishes using spray equipment

• Assist with finishing tasks and general production duties

• Load and unload product from sanding stations

• Report equipment or machinery issues to supervisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well?organized work area

Ideal Qualifications:

• Prior woodworking, furniture building, or cabinetmaking experience

• Hands on experience with clear coat lacquer application,experience with industrial, automotive or residential painting using sprayers is considered transferable.

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to read tape measure accurately

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout shift

• High attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and consistent work history
