Service Administrator to support our busy body shop team for the next
1–2 months, in
Junction City.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
As a
Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Assist with administrative tasks, including typing and data entry

Answer phones, take messages, and provide friendly customer support

Use Excel to manage schedules, records, or reports

Support the service team with day-to-day operations

Keep things running smoothly and help where needed
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Typing and basic computer skills (Excel especially)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prior experience in a body shop, service center, or similar environment is a big plus

A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
