Job Title: Control Panel Technician – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Duration: Seasonal with potential for Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a Control Panel Technician for a seasonal position with potential to go temp-to-hire with our client, a leading automation solutions company located in Albany, OR. The Control Panel Technician will play an essential role in assembling automation equipment from the ground up. The ideal candidate will support the build and assembly of custom control panels and electrical components. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the automation industry and work alongside experienced technicians and engineers.

As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling PLC control panels (schematic reading preferred, but not required)

• Installing jumper wires and placing components into control panels

• Cutting, stripping, and coupling wires

• Drilling and tapping holes

• Assisting with general electrical/mechanical build work as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (required)

• Ability to solder

• Familiarity with reading schematics (preferred)

• Proficiency using power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, grinders, belt drivers, and sanders

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to cross-train in other areas
