Duties and Responsibilities for The Mobile Construction Lead - Residential 

• Custom homes building experience required
• Mobile Construction Lead - Residential - experience required
• 5+ years Residential Construction as a Lead 
• Knowledge of all aspects of Construction
• Leading a crew
• Bags on - You will be working right along with everyone else!
• Some estimating will be required
• Excellent communication and be reliable!
• Excellent Communication
• Positive attitude!
• Teamwork mentality
