Title: Arborist Needed ASAP! Pay: $25.00 Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 PM  Start Date: 08/04/2025 Selectemp is currently seeking a Groundsman Arborist to join our team in Sun River. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in arboriculture, Clean Driving Record, and a strong work ethic. As a Groundsman Arborist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained.

Responsibilities of the Groundsman Arborist:

• Must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record
• Perform various arborist tasks.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects within specified deadlines.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements for the Groundsman Arborist:

• Minimum of six months of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic arborist techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Driver's license and motor vehicle report required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
