Job Title: Warehouse Associate Urgently Hiring!

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a Temp-Hire position for our client, an automotive parts warehouse located in Portland, Oregon. The Warehouse Associate will work in the shipping or receiving department to unload, label, pack, and organize incoming orders and existing inventory.. The Warehouse Associate will be someone who can work on their feet in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity located in Portland, Oregon.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing: Unloading, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Preparing and completing orders: Processing orders, picking parts, packing boxes, and loading orders onto pallets or shipping containers
• Inventory control: Maintaining stock location and performing inventory counts
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: Keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean and tidy
• Reporting discrepancies: Reporting any damaged or missing goods, or unsafe work practices
• Use computer to process online orders and communicate with customers via email.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience with computer software (Windows, Outlook, etc)
• Ability to work standing for long periods of time 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Desire to learn new skills
