Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler – Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assembler for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a precision manufacturing company based in Corvallis, OR. This company designs and produces high-performance measurement solutions used across a wide range of industries, including automation, aerospace, and industrial equipment.

As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will play an essential role in building and assembling high-accuracy position and velocity sensors that support critical motion control applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electro-mechanical components with precision and care

• Perform soldering tasks on electrical components (soldering skills required)

• Fabricate parts through processes such as drilling, grinding, and casting

• Assemble small mechanical and sensor components according to specifications

• Use small hand tools with proficiency to complete detailed assembly tasks

• Maintain clean and organized work spaces in a production environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related technical field

• Soldering experience is required
• comfort working with small parts

• Proficiency using small hand tools

• Excellent manual dexterity and a strong eye for detail
• Excellent basic shop math skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to be trained into a more advanced Builder role
