Entry Level HVAC Install or Service Amazing Well Known Company 20 Plus Per Hour

One of the largest HVAC companies in Central Oregon, is growing and looking for QUALITY team members to join. We need a HVAC Install or Service team member, we welcome skills and can train the rest! Start out at $20 per hour and have room to grow up to $42 per hour!
Duties and Responsibilities for HVAC Install or Service:
- All aspects of HVAC Install or Service
- Assist lead technician in all HVAC system installations and repairs
- If not already, will become skilled and knowledgeable in replacement and repair of HVAC systems
- Be efficient and accurate, attn to detail
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
- Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
Skills and Qualifications for HVAC Install or Service:
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High integrity with advanced social skill and ability to make solid connections

- Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a clean, safe driving record and valid Oregon Drivers License to drive company van/truck

- Temp-Hire
- Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 7am - 4 pm - flexible schedule!
- $20.00 - 42.00/hr depending on skills
