Job Title: Seasonal Construction & Site Laborer

Pay: $19.00/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Construction & Site Laborer, you will assist with general site work and specialized outdoor trade projects, including: • Assisting with fence installation, siding, and general exterior construction • Performing manual excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks • Supporting concrete work, including mixing, pouring, leveling, and cleanup • Operating standard hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Transporting materials, tools, and equipment across job sites • Maintaining job site safety, organization, and tool upkeep

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have • Valid Driver’s License required • Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, framing/siding, concrete, or excavation preferred • Strong reliability, solid work ethic, and consistent punctuality • Ability to follow clear verbal instructions and work effectively with a team • Physical stamina to lift/carry up to 50+ lbs, bend, shovel, and stand on uneven terrain throughout an 8-hour shift
