Job Title: Room Attendant
Pay: $18 - $19 per hour
Hours: Daytime shifts, weekends required
Start Date: ASAP
Room Attendant in Bend, OR, and help create memorable guest experiences every day.
As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a lasting impression on our guests and contribute to a positive hotel environment.
What You'll Do
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Replacing linens, making beds, and restocking room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Sanitizing high-touch points like door handles, remotes, switches, phones, and counter tops
- Organizing and replenishing housekeeping carts, ensuring proper chemical and supply usage
- Following lost-and-found procedures, respecting guest privacy, and protecting property
- Cleaning assigned public areas like hallways, stairwells, lobby restrooms, and laundry areas as needed
- Adhering to safety and infection-control procedures, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet room standards
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and twist
- Capacity to push/pull housekeeping carts and lift up to 25–35 lbs
- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and wearing PPE as needed
