Job Title: Quality Assurance Hiring Now Pay: $18.00 - $20/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team environment. As a Quality Assurance, you'll be involved in ensuring product quality and process adherence. You’ll work closely with team members to uphold the highest standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do As a Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for:
- Perform QC inspections on parts and materials
- Inspect machine setup and stamped/marked parts
- Ensure QC-approved parts meet specifications
- Log rejected parts and accurately enter data into MRP system
- Maintain and troubleshoot tools as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Willingness to learn and train, especially with measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and protractors
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to multitask efficiently
- Self-motivation and independence
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Quick learner regarding shipping requirements from various shipping companies
- Good communication skills with employees and vendors
- Dependability and reliability are a must
