TIG Welder – Urgently hiring in Eugene! Job Title: TIG Welder Pay: $22 - $24 DOE plus .75 shift differential Hours: Monday - Thursday from 2:30pm - 12:30am Start Date: ASAP Looking for a lifestyle/career benefit ? As a TIG Welder, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality craftsmanship and maintaining production standards. You’ll work directly with your supervisor and team to meet targets and deliver excellent results. What You’ll Do As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Completing all required internal and external paperwork accurately and on time
- Reporting problems or issues to the Department Lead or Supervisor promptly
- Maintaining all quality standards within the department
- Inspecting all parts manufactured for quality and efficiency, reporting any inconsistencies
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently, adhering to safety and quality protocols

- The ability to read prints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Self-directed and motivated work ethic
- Good basic math skills
- Proven ability to produce quality welds efficiently
