As an LME Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring all equipment runs smoothly. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain essential manufacturing systems, contributing directly to the company's success.

What You'll Do

As an LME Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining equipment and forging systems.
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across various machines.
• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, presses, furnaces, and other production support systems.
• Troubleshooting motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, and VFDs using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
• Conducting electrical repairs within Oregon LME licensing scope.
• Assisting with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment relocations.
• Maintaining detailed maintenance schedules and repair documentation.
• Supporting facility systems such as compressors, coolant systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment uptime.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• An active Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working with CNC machinery, preferably DMG MORI, Fanuc, Mazak, or Haas.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals confidently.
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
