As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with warehouse and manufacturing staff to ensure timely shipments, inventory accuracy, and efficient operations. What You’ll Do:

• Operate mechanized equipment, including forklifts, safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and finished goods using powered industrial vehicles.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and records to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound orders, maintaining detailed records.
• Transfer products between cold storage and the manufacturing facility as needed.
• Input and maintain accurate data in SAP software to track shipments and inventory.
• Assist with tracking delayed or missing shipments to maintain supply chain integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping and receiving processes and recommend solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years of relevant shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification is REQUIRED; bring your certification on your first day if available.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transfer materials, often weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
