As a General Mill Production Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our production process—supporting daily operations and helping produce high-quality lumber products that meet company standards. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals, all while gaining valuable experience in a manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Do:

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will:

• Hand stack lumber, including 1x6, 1x8, and short 6x6 pieces, with assistance, to facilitate efficient production.
• Assist the stacker operator in maintaining continuous workflow to meet daily production targets.
• Carefully place “sticks” between lumber pieces to separate them and ensure product quality.
• Stand for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks to support the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced mill environment to achieve shared goals.
