About the Role:

As a Steel Deburrer, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw steel components into polished, finished parts that meet our high-quality standards. Collaborating closely with the production team, you'll ensure each piece is finished with precision and safety in mind. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in metal finishing within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate DA sanders to achieve smooth, polished surfaces on metal parts
• Tackle tapping and deburring tasks to remove sharp edges, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to safety protocols
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling power and hand tools in manufacturing or fabrication settings preferred
• Knowledge of metal finishing and deburring techniques is a plus
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and regular attendance
