Job Title: Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate

Location: Clackamas, OR Salary: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Multiple Work Shift Schedules— 5 days of 8 hours or 10 hours; must be able to work Mon-Fri (with some Saturdays when needed) between the hours of 6:30am-5pm.

We are urgently hiring for a versatile Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate at a reputable shoe warehouse—home to three major shoe brands. Enjoy a rewarding career with a four-day workweek, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Safely driving between Portland and Salem to deliver shoes to various stores
• Operating delivery vans or 24 ft box trucks with proper licensing and care
• Supporting online order fulfillment by exporting orders from ShipStation to Imagine Retail Systems, accurately processing new, canceled, or errored orders
• Facilitating wholesale and third-party shipping, addressing discrepancies in collaboration with the Wholesale Team
• Providing shipping support for retail stores by communicating about “Picks” and processing special or mail-out orders
• Conducting daily shoe checks via phone or email to ensure quality and accuracy
• Overseeing general shipping operations, including directing warehouse staff, conducting weekly meetings with supervisors, and coordinating with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS
• Managing inventory of shipping supplies to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven delivery driving experience with a valid Oregon Driver’s License (ODL) and an insurable driving record
• Shipping and Receiving Experience is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
