Position: Sanitation Technician (Graveyard Shift)
Location: Silverton, OR
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)
Starting Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere strictly to food safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to ensure full compliance
- Support the continuous improvement and validation of sanitation and safety practices across all manufacturing areas
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as chemical sprayers, foamers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and sanitation sprayers to thoroughly clean equipment and facilities
- Read and follow chemical labels meticulously to ensure safe handling and application of cleaning agents
- Perform light cleaning of electrical equipment, including garbage removal, sweeping, and general sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery as needed to ensure effective sanitation
- Accurately document all cleaning activities on sanitation logs and records
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to specific instructions, maintaining proper chemical concentrations and solution levels
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish (reading and writing)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards
- Experience in GMP, manufacturing, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to adapt to production demands and work additional hours if required
