Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate manufacturing machinery following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Pour crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs, adhering to process specifications.
- Fill molds with raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and proper placement.
- Carefully close presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents.
- Remove and inspect finished products for defects, maintaining high quality standards.
- Stack and stage parts onto pallets for shipment while keeping the work area organized and safe.
- Manage multiple presses to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Keep the work station clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Perform accurate material and product counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Work comfortably in a warm environment with a strong focus on safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability, excellent attendance, and a solid work ethic.
- Prior machine operation experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment used in manufacturing is a plus.
