Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rubber production machinery in adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Support the feeding process by pouring crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs
- Fill molds with crumb rubber and operate presses using dual-hand controls to ensure operator safety
- Safely remove finished products with hand tools as presses automatically open, ensuring high-quality output
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and maintain product quality consistency
- Place finished parts onto pallets and operate up to four presses simultaneously to maximize productivity
- Make necessary adjustments and follow supervisor instructions to uphold manufacturing standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform daily production counts and track output to meet production targets
- Work in warm conditions, especially on higher-temperature days, prioritizing safety and hydration
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable, responsible attitude
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we provide thorough training
