Position Details:

• Location: Albany, OR
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with orders, inquiries, and purchases, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to uphold safety protocols and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally within auto parts, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reading small labels and part numbers.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Warehouse experience, including order picking, is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial parts, hoses, or fittings is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
