Position Details:

• Job Title: Industrial Facilities Cleaner
• Location: Shelton, WA
• Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Swing Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Training: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both light and heavy janitorial duties throughout the manufacturing plant, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and areas for improvement.
• Provide backup support to pellet mill and packaging operators as needed, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to enhance operational reliability and safety.
• Support other operational duties to keep the facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a skid steer.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of production line experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong hand-eye and foot coordination.
• Ability to focus for extended periods while multitasking effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for at least 7 hours per shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills for operational tasks.

Location & Schedule:
