Job Title: Furniture Production

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Furniture Production team member, you'll support daily operations and help uphold our high standards of quality in every piece produced. What You’ll Do:

As a Furniture Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Operating saw machinery to process wood panels with precision and care.
• Loading and unloading materials efficiently to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Moving racks through the facility on rollers, facilitating seamless transitions between workstations.
• Lifting and stacking wood onto pallets, ensuring safe handling and organization.
• Packaging and paper-wrapping finished wood panels for delivery to clients.
• Sanding wood surfaces to achieve smooth finishes and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in sanding wood, cabinet making, or similar trades (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong physical endurance, capable of standing for extended periods and performing tasks involving bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability to consistently lift between 30-50 lbs. safely and efficiently.
