Job Title: Production Laborer

Pay: $20/hr to start, increasing to $22.15/hr after approximately 90 days Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (start and end times may vary seasonally) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Laborer, you'll be integral to maintaining efficient manufacturing operations. You'll work side-by-side with a supportive team that prioritizes safety and quality, making an impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for operating chainsaws, planers, drills, gainers, and branders to frame utility wood poles. You will fire wrap poles to ensure they meet quality and durability standards. Maintaining a clean work area by clearing wood cuts, shavings, and debris is essential for safety. Load and unload materials to keep production flowing smoothly. Perform repetitive outdoor tasks in various weather conditions, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of construction experience. Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, stooping, and twisting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Experience using hand tools such as drills, gainers, peaveys, chainsaws, and hammers demonstrating versatility and competence.
