Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (DOE) Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll be essential in supporting daily operations, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and keeping equipment in top shape. You’ll collaborate closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and efficient production.

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, tools, and shop equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues to minimize downtime.
• Assisting with welding, fabrication, and general shop tasks to support ongoing production needs.
• Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts on equipment and building fixtures.
• Installing, adjusting, and maintaining shop tools and workstations for optimal performance.
• Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce unexpected breakdowns and enhance productivity.
• Safely operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment essential to daily tasks.
• Keeping shop areas, workstations, and outdoor grounds clean, organized, and safe.
• Following all safety policies and procedures to promote a secure work environment.
• Working closely with supervisors and collaborating across departments to meet production goals.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level:
  • Maintenance Level 1: Some maintenance experience or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Maintenance Level 2: At least 2 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Skills & Characteristics:
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs is preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial, physically demanding environment.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Location & Schedule:
