Job Title: Manufacturing CNC Machinists
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour (DOE) with bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday-Friday: 7 am-4:30 pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Manufacturing CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
- Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to precise specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Managing your time effectively to keep multiple machines running and operating efficiently.
- Performing setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conducting inspections using micrometers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong work ethic and dependability.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery with a solid understanding of machining processes.
- Familiarity with deburring, filing, sanding, and shaping parts.
- Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.
- Strong mathematical skills to manage tasks ranging from simple to complex calculations.
- Effective use of power tools and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
