Job Title: 2nd Shift Material Handler

Pay: $19.50/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM Start Date: ASAP

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials flow efficiently through production, contributing significantly to operational success.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

• Keeping materials moving through the shakers and screens.
• Performing housekeeping duties including scraping, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Maintaining clean and safe walkways and work areas.
• Informing maintenance staff of equipment issues.
• Assisting with small bag line operations, pallet re-stacking, and cleanup as needed.
• Meeting quality and quantity goals daily.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of production experience preferred (but not required!).
• Comfort working in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy conditions.
• The ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• The willingness to climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• A safety-minded approach and the reliability of a team player.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Independence, OR, with set hours from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
