Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: December 8, 2025
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a full-time position for our client. The Accounts Payable Associate will provide essential support to the Accounting Department by performing duties related to accounts payable and receivables, data entry, and administrative tasks. This opportunity is located in White City, Oregon.
What You'll Do:
As an
Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of payments and effective control of expenses.
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and payments according to established policies and procedures.
- Performing general office duties, including systematic filing and document management.
- Completing various projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Department Head.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A/P experience is not necessary; however, a basic understanding of accounting or accounts payable is required.
- High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
- General math skills.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- 10-key by touch.
- Company uses Sage Accounting Software; any accounting software experience is acceptable.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
