Job Title: Construction Cleanup Laborer Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Friday,  8:00AM - 4:30PM (may not be an entire 8 hours) Start Date: ASAP  9/12/25

We are seeking a Construction Cleanup Laborer for a temporary position with our client, a highly reputable, residential home builder who has been building homes for 30+ years, located in Woodburn , Oregon.

As a Construction Cleanup Laborer you will be responsible for:

  • Walk throughout entire new development home community, placing Debris and Trash from Construction Home Sites into large, Designated, Plywood Boxes for later removal from site
  • STAY OFF OF / AWAY FROM homes that are fully built and landscaped - THESE HOMES ARE OCCUPIED 
  • Work to be performed on Plainly visible, still under construction home sites ONLY
  • May assist in sweeping streets, sidewalks, driveways, etc.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend and be on your feet for the duration of an entire 8 hour shift
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the day; although most trash and debris will be light weight, there may be the occasional larger and/or heavier piece of debris or lumber to move 
  • TEAM-LIFT as needed!
