Job Title: Well Drilling Assistant – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 5:30PM (end time may vary; overtime available) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Well Drilling Assistant for a temporary, 3-4 week project with our client, a well drilling contractor located in Molalla, Oregon. The Well Drilling Assistant will support the Lead Driller with equipment operation, site preparation, and pump installation. Success in this role means being dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. This is a great short-term opportunity to gain hands-on experience and earn quick money in Molalla, OR.

As a Well Drilling Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a 1-ton 3500 pickup truck to various job sites
• Supporting the Lead Driller in operating drilling equipment
• Assisting with pump installation projects
• Potentially operating a forklift at the shop to load and unload supplies
• Performing site cleanup and general labor tasks

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Valid Oregon Driver’s License with insurable driving record 
• Confidence driving a large 3500 pickup
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions 
• Prior construction or irrigation/pump experience preferred
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
