Job Title: Maintenance Tech Supervisor  Hiring Now!

Pay:  DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for a Temp-Hire position for our client, a Property Management company with locations throughout Eugene & Springfield. The Property Maintenance Tech will make repairs necessary to keep a residential unit secure and habitable. This may be a single unit, single story building or multi-unit two story complexes.will pull boxed and bagged items off a production line. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, Springfield, and Coburg, ORAs a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for: Overseeing: 
  • Minor roof repair.
  •  Inspect, clean, and repair chimneys and gutters.
  •  Repair or replace windows and siding.
  •  Repair or replace doors including entry, patio, and garage.
  •  Abate pests.
  •  Repair fences.
  •  Dig to find plumbing leaks.
  •  Repair leaks in galvanized, copper, and PVC. 
  • Make ducting and plumbing repairs.
  • Check for roof leaks.
  • Check for and remedy blocked vents. 
  •  Make ducting and plumbing repairs.
  •  Abate pests.
  •  Repair dry rot damage.
  • Repair or replace doors and jambs.
  • Repair or replace drywall.
  • Repair or replace light fixtures, fans and their controls.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Troubleshoot heating systems and repair.
  • Troubleshoot refrigerators and repair/replace.
  • Repair or replace water heaters, dish washers, and ranges.
  • Repair or replace faucets, supply and drain systems.
  • Repair, unclog, or replace toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks.
  • Repair or replace cabinetry.
  • Repair, rekey, or replace locks.
  • Repair or replace curtain rods and blinds.
  • Irrigation repairs and operation.
  • Pool testing.
  • Basic landscaping.
  • Directing subcontractors.
  • Submitting maintenance and improvement suggestions.
  • In addition to the tasks listed above, a maintenance person is expected to

    drive themselves to and from daily responsibilities, maintain good and insurable driving record, and a bondable life style. They must also be able to lift 50-75 lbs. They will work safely and efficiently. They will give proper accounting of expenditures and time. They will make wise use of company resources. They will be courteous and honest. These are minimum expectations. Other duties may be required as circumstances dictate.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Have a VALID Driver's License
  • Management or supervisory experience
