Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Property Maintenance Painter  for a Temp-to-Hire position for our client, a Property Management company with 50 years in the business, with locations throughout Eugene & Springfield., located in Coburg, OR. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great team and further your career in this industry.  As a Property Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Painting external structures
• Painting inside residences
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Being respectful to residents
• Requires a full range of motion, and heavy lifting
• Must have experience painting in a professional setting

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Ability to stand 8 hours
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, twist
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience utilizing hand tools and power tools
• Experience utilizing various painting equipment to finish the job quickly
• Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
