Job Title: Construction Sider – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20+ DOE Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s) Start Date:07/22/2025 ASAP Project Length: Through the summer with possible extension

We are seeking a Construction Sider for a project-based opportunity with our client, a well-established residential construction company based in Lebanon, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in siding installation who takes pride in quality workmanship and values being part of a skilled team. You’ll be helping shape the exterior of newly built residential homes and making a lasting visual impact in the community.

As a Construction Sider, you will be responsible for:

• Installing various types of exterior siding and trim, including lap, board & batten, and panel siding

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting siding materials to precise specifications

• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Ensuring weatherproofing, sealing, and finishing details are completed with quality in mind

• Collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors

• Maintaining a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in siding installation (framing experience is a plus but not required)

• Strong knowledge of siding materials, layout, and installation techniques

• Proficiency with tools including saws, nail guns, levels, and measuring devices

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions, including on ladders and scaffolding

• A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• A clean and professional appearance (no jewelry or piercings on job sites for safety reasons)
